Adding or Editing a Client Group in the ServiceNow Commvault Application

You can add or edit a client group in the Commvault ServiceNow application.


  1. From the ServiceNow navigation pane, click View client groups.

    The application displays the list of client groups.

  2. To add a client group, click Add server group.

    The Add server group dialog box appears.

  3. Enter a name for the client group, then select the clients to be included in the group.

  4. Click Add.

  5. To modify an existing group, click in the Actions column, and then click Edit Server group.

    You can change the name of the group and add or remove clients from the group.

  6. Click Save.
