The Application Users view of the License Summary Report displays details about Application User licenses, such as the email addresses and applications associated with users, as well as usage that is excluded from the capacity license.
In environments that include Exchange mailboxes but do not have a Mailbox Archive Solution license, Exchange mailbox backups count toward capacity-type license usage.

Where to Access the Report
To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the User Licenses table, click Application Users.
Current Workload Summary Table
The Current Workload Summary table displays each type of application (workload) and the number of users who are using the application.
The application type, such as OneDrive, Exchange Mailbox, and Salesforce.
Number of Users
The number of users who use the application.
Current User Summary by Workload Table
The Current User Summary by Workload table displays the number of users who use only one or more applications.
The type of applications that users are using, such as Users with more than one workload or Users with only Exchange Mailbox.
Number of Users
The number of users in the category.
Distinct Users Consuming Application User License Current Usage Details Table
This table displays the number of distinct SMTP mailboxes that are associated with each application or feature type. The following applications and features appear in this table:

Current Usage Excluded From Capacity Because of Application User License Table
This table displays the jobs excluded from capacity when you purchase the Application Users license.
