When a risk is discovered in a data source, you can resolve the risk by using one of the following types of resolutions:

Delete files | Deletes the files from the source and if needed, from the backup media. Note: Deleting from the backup media does not apply to OneDrive data sources. | In the File options area, choose to delete the selected file or to delete all of the files on the Review tab. Optional: To permanently delete the file from the backup media, move the Delete from backup toggle key to the right. Caution: Permanently deleted data cannot be restored.

Move files | Moves the files to a more secure location. | Provide the destination path and a user name and password to access the destination path. In the File options area, choose to move the selected file or to move all of the files on the Review tab.

Archive files | Deletes the files from the source. You can restore the files from the backup media. | | File System |
Set retention | Sets a retention value for the source data. Note: Files that exceed the retention appear on the dashboard for reporting purposes only. Data is not removed if the retention is exceeded. | In the Retention period box, type the retention period in months. In the File options area, choose to set retention for the selected file or to set retention for all of the files on the Review tab.

Ignore risks | Ignores the risks. | From the Risks list, select the types of risks to ignore. In the File options area, choose to ignore risks for the selected file or to ignore risks for all of the files on the Review tab.
