You can configure the software to remove full strikes (full backup failures) from the client strike calculation after a successful incremental, differential, or full backup job.
The client strike calculation appears on the Dashboards and the Strike Count Report. By default, full strikes are included in the client strike calculation until a successful full backup job runs, and successful incremental or differential backup jobs can only remove incremental or differential strikes (incremental or differential backup failures).
On the CommCell Console ribbon, on the Home tab, click Control Panel.
The System dialog box is displayed.
On the Advanced tab, select Clear full strikes on successful incremental or differential job.
