You can filter the data that appears in a column in a table.
Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then go to Reports.
The Reports page appears.
Click a report.
In a table column heading, click Column Settings , and then click Filter.
For text columns, from the list, select the items that you want to view.
For numeric columns, from the list, select Equals or Between, and then enter the number or range that you want to view.
