You can configure an alert to send email notifications on job completion for when backup jobs complete.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers.
The Servers page appears.
In the row for the server that you want to backup, and in the Actions column, click the actions button
, and then click Backup.
The Backup dialog box appears.
Select a subclient to backup, and then click Select.
The Select backup level dialog box appears.
Select a backup level, and then select Notify via email on job completion.
Click OK.
