You can view Dashboards on the Cloud Services Portal at different levels, depending on your CommCell environment, and configure settings for alerts based on data in the dashboards. You can also interact with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to troubleshoot problems in your CommCell environment using the Profile dashboard.
The following views are available as a dashboard:
Worldwide Dashboard: Displays information for all CommServe computers in your environment. This view is available only if there are multiple CommServe computers in your environment.
CommCell Dashboard: Displays information for a single CommServe computer.
CommCell Group Dashboard: Displays information for all CommCell environments associated with your organization.
Profile Dashboard: Displays information about your organization and allows you to assign tasks to other users.
