Data Views for the Anomalous Jobs Tab

The Anomalous Jobs tab displays tables that include information about anomalous jobs in the CommCell environment that take an unusually long time to complete.

Backup jobs running longer than the expected time

The backup jobs table displays the job state and the delay reason for the backup jobs in a CommCell environment that are taking an unusually long time to complete.

Column

Description

CommCell

The name of the CommCell environment where the backup job is running.

Client

The name of the client computer where the backup job is running.

To go to the associated server details page of the client in the Command Center, click the client.

Subclient

The name of the subclient where the backup job is running.

To go to the details page of the subclient in the Command Center, click the subclient.

Agent

The type of agent that is installed on the client computer.

Job ID

The ID of the job.

To go to the Job History tab of the job, click the job ID.

State

The current state of the job, such as Queued, Pending, or Running.

Completed (%)

The percentage of jobs that are completed for the same reason.

Delay Reason

The reason that the job is delayed, such as backup activity is disabled on the client computer or the agent.

Duration

The amount of time that the job has run.

Threshold time

The threshold time that is defined by the system.

Auxiliary copy jobs running longer than the expected time

The auxiliary jobs table displays the job state and the delay reason for the auxiliary jobs in a CommCell environment that are taking an unusually long time to complete.

Column

Description

CommCell

The name of the CommCell environment where the auxiliary job is running.

Storage policy

The storage policy for which the auxiliary job is running.

Storage policy copy

The storage policy for which the auxiliary job is running.

Job ID

The ID of the job.

To go to the Job History tab of the job, click the job ID.

State

The current state of the job, such as Queued, Pending, or Running.

Completed (%)

The percentage of jobs that are completed for the same reason.

Delay Reason

The reason that the job is delayed.

Duration

The amount of time that the job has run.

Threshold time

The threshold time that is defined by the system.
