You can view the size distribution of files on one server or across multiple servers. For example, you can see the total gigabytes for all files that are 50 GB to 500 GB in size. You can also see the types of files that are included in a size group.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, go to Activate.
The Activate page appears.
Under File Storage optimization, click File storage optimization.
The File storage optimization page appears.
In the Dashboard section, click Size distribution.
The Size distribution page appears.
From the server list, select the servers that you want to analyze, and then click OK.
The Size distribution dashboard appears.
