You can download files or folders that are backed up. If you select multiple files or folders, they are downloaded in a ZIP file.
From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File servers.
The File servers page appears.
In the row for the client that contains the files or folders that you want to download, click the action button , and then click Restore.
The Backup Content page appears.
Go to the folder that contains the files or folders that you want to download.
Select the items to download, and then click Download.
The files and folders are downloaded to the selected location in your computer.
If the download operation initiated a job, then it is listed on the Recent downloads page in the Command Center. You will receive an email notification when the download operation is complete with a link to the Recent downloads page in the Command Center.
Note: You will receive the email notification only if your CommCell environment has a single web server.
