To provide a single sign-on (SSO) access to the Command Center for a tenant organization, including admins and other users, configure an Identity Provider (IdP) for the tenant.
Note: If you use an Active Directory domain, you need Layer 3 connectivity between your CommServe host and the Active Directory server. At a minimum, the Active Directory server must accept port 636 connections from the CommServe host.
Procedure
To enable single sign-on using Active Directory, perform the following steps from the Command Center:
From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Security > Identity servers.
Click Add.
Enter the following information:
Directory Type: Select Active Directory.
NETBIOS name: Enter the fully qualified domain name specified in the domain controller for the tenant.
Domain name: Enter the name specified in the domain controller for the tenant.
Username: Enter the name of the domain administrator that is provided by the tenant.
Password: Enter the password for the domain administrator that is provided by the tenant.
Create for Company: Select the tenant company from the list.
Click Save.
