The CommCell Readiness report displays information about connectivity issues among CommCell entities. From this report, you can send log files to troubleshoot issues and run connectivity checks to verify the most current state of connectivity.
Network
This tile displays the number of servers and other infrastructure, such as MediaAgents, that cannot connect to the CommServe server.
You can use the links in this tile to filter the information in the Failure table:
To display the servers that have a connection problem, click Servers.
To display other types of infrastructure that have a connection problem, click Infrastructure.
Storage
This tile displays the number of storage components, such as mount paths and drives, in the CommCell environment that have a connection problem or a storage space failure.
You can use the links in this tile to filter the information in the Failure table:
To display the disk storage components that have a problem, click Disk.
To display the tape storage components that have a problem, click Tape.
To display the cloud storage components that have a problem, click Cloud.
Configuration
This tile displays the number of software components, such as plans and index caches, in the CommCell Console that have a connection problem or other type of failure.
You can use the links in this tile to filter the information in the Failure table:
To display the plans that have a problem, click Plans.
To display the agents that have a problem, click Agents.
To display the other types of software components that have a problem, click Infrastructure.
Failure
This table displays the connection errors among entities in the CommCell environment.
Column | Description |

Category | The type of entity that has a connection problem. |
Name | The entity that has a connection problem. |
Reason | The reason for the connection problem, such as a component of the entity is offline, or the entity is marked for maintenance. |
As of | The date and time when the readiness check most recently ran. |
