Deleting an Association from a Service CommCell Environment

You can delete companies, identity providers, user groups, and users that you added as associations to a service CommCell environment. After you delete an association from a service CommCell environment, the associated users cannot log on to the identity provider (IdP) CommCell environment.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > System.

   The System page appears.

2. Click the Service CommCells tile.

   The Service CommCells page appears.

3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Associations.

   The Service CommCell associations dialog box appears.

4. From the Associations list, select the companies, identity providers, user groups, and users that you want to delete.

   You can use the search box to filter.

5. Click Delete.

6. Click Save.
