You can configure the time period for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the CommCell level. The CommCell-level SLA setting applies to all entities in the CommCell environment.
By default, SLA is set to calculate the percentage of successful backups over 1 month (30 days) at the CommCell level. However, you can change the time period.
From the navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.
The CommCell properties page appears.
In the SLA area, click the edit button .
From the list, select the number of days, weeks, or months that you want to calculate the SLA percentage for.
In this option, a week is 7 days and a month is 30 days.
Click the check mark button .
