Creating a Tag Set


If the predefined tag sets do not include the tags that you need, you can create a tag set and then add custom tags to the tag set.

Note: You cannot edit or delete the predefined tag sets.


  1. From the navigation pane, go to Activate.

    The Activate page appears.

  2. Under Settings, click the Entity Manager tile.

    The Entity manager page appears.

  3. On the Tags tab, in the upper-right area of the page, click Add tagset.

    The Add tagset dialog box appears.

  4. Enter a name and a description.

  5. Click Save.

  6. In the Tagset column, click the tag set.

    The tag set properties page appears.

  7. Click Add tag.

    The Add tag dialog box appears.

  8. Enter a name for the tag.

  9. Click Save.

What to Do Next

To allow users to use the tag set to tag files, update the security on the tag set.
