To enable the pods in a Kubernetes cluster to communicate with the Commvault server, set up a one-way network topology. With the one-way network topology, each pod can access the Commvault server immediately after the Commvault container in the pod is accessible.
You can create a new server group, and then set up a one-way network topology for the Docker container.
Procedure
Create a new server group with automatic association enabled.
Enabling automatic association automatically adds the Docker container client to the server group.
Create a one-way network topology.
For the server, select the new server group that you created. For the DMZ server, select the server group that contains both the CommServe server and the MediaAgent.
