Defining Universal Command Centers


Applies to: MSP administrators

You can define one or more Command Center computers belonging to the primary CommCell as universal Command Centers.


  1. Log on to the universal Command Center.

  2. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.

    The CommCell environment page appears.

  3. At the bottom of the page, in the Universal Command Centers section, click Edit.

    The Edit universal Command Centers dialog box appears.

  4. From the Command Centers list, select the Command Center computers that you want to use as universal Command Center computers.

  5. Click Save.
