You can use the Commvault software to back up and restore Microsoft Teams.

| To back up these items, use either an Exchange Online app or a OneDrive for Business app. You cannot back up these items with the Teams app. |

Note:
For items to be backed up, each team must have at least one user that is assigned the owner role. For more information see, Assign team owners and members in Microsoft Teams.
You can restore only Teams uploaded files to a file location. You cannot restore wikis, posts, or channel to a file location.
After restoring a custom tab, you must manually link the content of the tab to view it.
You can back up documents from the channel folder only. You cannot back up data from other folders in SharePoint.
Posts associated with meetings are not backed up.
Archived Teams are not backed up.
One-on-one conversations in Teams are not backed up.
Images in a wiki cannot be restored to a different team. The images can be restores to the same team only if the original wiki page still exists.
