You can use the Commvault NOW app to monitor the SLA of all clients in your CommCell environment. You can check the status of all backup jobs or only anomalous backup jobs. Additionally, you can search for and perform actions on specific Commvault entities such as clients, client groups, plans, and MediaAgents.
Home Screen Overview Dashboard
The overview dashboard on the Commvault NOW app provides a preview of the most critical information about all the entities in your environment. You can use the Overview Dashboard to monitor the CommCell environment health and performance from a high level.
The following table includes descriptions for all the tiles that are visible to CommCell administrators and Managed Service Provider (MSP) administrators on the overview dashboard.
The percentage of all client computers that met or missed the service level agreement (SLA) configured for the environment.
The amount of data that is in all disk libraries and the percentage of disk space that was saved because of compression and deduplication.
