Managing Jobs with Commvault NOW on an Apple Device

You can view details of all jobs in the CommCell environment on the Jobs tab of the Commvault NOW application.

Procedure

1. On the Commvault NOW home screen, tap Jobs .

2. On the Jobs screen:

   • Tap any job to see the list of actions you can perform on the job.

     For example, you can choose to send logs to an email address or view details of the job.

   • Filter all anomalous jobs by tapping the Job Filter , and then selecting Anomalous jobs.

   • Filter jobs based on status, client ID, job ID, or any other parameter, by entering keywords in the search box at the top of the screen.

   • Suspend, resume, or kill all jobs in the CommCell environment by tapping Actions .
