Removing the Web Authenticator as an Administrator

You can remove the web authenticator of other users. For example, if a user has lost the web authenticator, you can remove it.


  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.

    The Security page appears.

  2. Click the Users tile.

    The Users page appears.

  3. In the row for the user that you want to remove the web authenticator for, click the action button , and then click Remove web authenticator.

    The Remove web authenticator dialog box appears.

  4. From the Web authenticator name list, select the authenticator that you want to remove.

  5. Enter your password, and then click Confirm.
