CommCell Level

The CommCell Level Strike Count Report provides information for a specific CommCell environment.

CommCell Strike Summary

This table displays the number of strikes for each client and subclient with one or more strikes.

Column

Description

Metrics Server

The metrics server where the CommCell environment is associated with.

CommCell

Name of the CommCell computer.

CommCell Group

The CommCell Group to which the CommCell is associated with.

Strike 1 Client Count

Number of clients in a CommCell environment with 1 strike count.

Strike 2 Client Count

Number of clients in a CommCell environment with 2 strike counts.

Strike 3 Client Count

Number of clients in a CommCell environment with 3 strike counts.

Strike 1 Subclient Count

Number of subclients in a CommCell environment with 1 strike count.

Strike 2 Subclient Count

Number of subclients in a CommCell environment with 2 strike counts.

Strike 3 Subclient Count

Number of subclients in a CommCell environment with 3 strike counts.

CommCell Strike Details

This table indicates the number of strikes, the location where the strike occurred, and the reason for the last job failure.

Name of the CommCell computer.

Strikes

Number of strikes.

Total Strikes

Total number of strikes.

Client

Name of the client computer where backup jobs failed.

Physical Client Name

Name of the client computer hardware.

Client Group

Name of the client group that the client computer belongs to.

Agent

Type of agent installed on the client where backup jobs failed.

Instance

Name of the instance where backup jobs failed.

Backup Set

Backup set where backup jobs failed.

Subclient

Subclient where backup jobs failed.

Backup Type

Type of backup, such as Incremental or Full.

Strikes Since

Date when backup jobs began to fail.

Last Failure Time

Date of the last failed backup.

Error Code

Error code associated with the failed backup jobs, if applicable.

Last Job Failure Reason

Reason that the last backup job failed.

Last Job Backup Time

Time that the last successful backup job.

Master Job ID

Identifier for the master job.

Last Failed Job ID

Identifier assigned to the last job that failed.

Last Job Status

Status of the last job that failed.

Total Client Counts

Total number of clients with strikes.

Total Subclient Counts

Total number of subclients with strikes.

Last Successful Job ID

Identifier for the last successful job.

Last Successful Job End Time

Time that the last successful job ended.

Exclude Strikes Before

The number of days configured for the Exclude Strikes Older Than setting. For example, 40. Strikes older than the displayed number of days are not included in the calculation.
