You can view the Subclient Peak Usage report on the Cloud Services Portal.
Before You Begin
Verify that data collection for Cloud Metrics Reporting is enabled on each CommServe computer. For instructions about enabling data collection for this report, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reports.
Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.
The Reports page appears.
From the navigation pane, click CommCell Groups.
The CommCell Groups page appears.
Under Name, click a CommCell group.
The CommCell Group Dashboard appears.
At the bottom of the page, click Current Capacity Usage.
The License Summary - Worldwide Report appears.
At the upper-right area of the page, click Subclient peak usage.
