Unmounting Snapshots of a Storage Array

You can remove the mount point on the server where the snapshot is mounted and remove the mapped hardware snapshot from the server. Unmount operations are needed once the job is done with the mounted snapshot.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure.

   The Infrastructure page appears.

2. Click the Arrays tile.

   The Arrays page appears.

3. In the Actions column, click the action button , and then click List snapshots.

   The Snapshots created during IntelliSnap operation page appears.

4. Select the snapshot that you want to unmount.

   Tip: To select multiple snapshots, hold <Shift> key, and then select the snapshots to be mounted.

5. In the Actions column, click the action button , and then click Unmount.

6. Click OK.
