You can view the CommCell Alerts Report only on the Cloud Services Portal. This report is availableĀ at the Worldwide level, the CommCell Group level, and the CommCell level.
Before You Begin
Configure CommCell alerts to save to Cloud. Otherwise, no data will appear in this report. You cannot modify existing alerts. You must recreate any existing alerts and configure them to save to Cloud. For instructions, see Setting Up Alert Notifications to Save to a Local Drive, a Network Share, or the Cloud.
Verify that data collection for Cloud Metrics Reporting is enabled on each CommServe computer. For instructions about enabling data collection for this report, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reports.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.
Click Reports.
From the navigation pane, go to the Worldwide, CommCell Group, or CommCell Reports page:
To view this report at the Worldwide level, click Reports.
To view this report at the CommCell Group level, click CommCell Groups, click a CommCell Group Name, and then from the navigation pane, click Reports.
To view this report at the CommCell level, click CommCells, click a CommCell Name, and then from the navigation pane, click Reports.
Click CommCell Alerts.
The CommCell Alerts Report appears.
Optional: Filter the data by CommCell Group. From the CommCell Group list, select a CommCell Group, and then click Apply.
The report displays information only for the CommCell Group you selected.
Optional: Filter the data by CommCell name:
From the CommCell Group list, select a CommCell Group.
From the CommCell list, select a CommCell name, and then click Apply.
The report displays information only for the CommCell you selected.
