The Listing View displays information for individual documents in a chart according to their Name (full path), Date Modified, and Size. You can then use this information to diagnose and remedy individual document extraction errors. The information in the Listing View can also be sorted by clicking on the chart headings.
You can export the information displayed in the Listing View into a convenient format by selecting one of the available Export Options.
Accessing the Listing View
To access the Listing View, click the Listing link below the Plot Chart By menu.
Information for the documents associated with the currently selected refinements will appear in the Listing View.
The Listing view will also appear when you drill down to a specific category using the pie chart.
