View the Failed Jobs in Last 24 Hours Report at the Worldwide or CommCell level on the Web Console that is hosted by the Private Metrics Reporting Server, or at the CommCell level on the Cloud Services website.
Before You Begin
To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

For Private Metrics Reporting:
Verify that data collection is enabled for Private Metrics Reporting on each CommServe computer. For information about enabling data collection for the report, see Activating Private Metrics Reports.
For Cloud Metrics Reporting:
Verify that data collection for Cloud Metrics Reporting is enabled on each CommServe computer. For instructions about enabling data collection for this report, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reports.
Procedure
Log on to the Web Console or the Cloud Services website.
Click Reports.
The Reports page appears.
To view this report at the Worldwide level, click Failed Jobs in Last 24 Hours.
To view this report at the CommCell level:
From the navigation pane, click CommCells, and then under CommCell Name click a CommCell Name.
The CommCell Dashboard appears.
From the navigation pane, click Reports, and then click Disk Library Growth.
The Failed Jobs in Last 24 Hours Report appears.
