You can configure alerts for tiles in the Health report.
Procedure
On any tile, hover over the tile and then click Create Alert
.
The Configure Alert dialog box appears.
In the Name box, enter a name for the alert.
To specify a severity for the alert, such as Warning or Critical, beside Send notification with, select a status from the list.
Configure the alert based on a status or condition:
To set an alert based on a parameter status, beside Parameter's status is, select Critical, Warning, or Good.
For example:
Select SLA's status is, and then select Warning.
To set an alert based on a specific condition, select an operator, and then type a value in the box.
Values are not case-sensitive.
For example:
Select SLA is, select Less Than, and then type 90.

Optional: To verify the alert conditions that you configured, click Test criteria.
The results appear in a new tab in the web browser.
Under Notification, specify the methods for sending alerts:
To send the alert in an email, select Email, enter the email addresses where the alert should be sent, and if needed, customize the default email body.
To send the alert through the CommCell Console alerts system, select Console alerts and if needed, customize the default email body.
To send the alert using the Windows Event Viewer, select Windows event viewer, and if needed, in the Description box, customize the default alert message.
To send the alert using SNMP, select SNMP, and then in the Description box, configure the alert message.
To send the alert using SCOM, select SCOM, and then in the Description box, configure the alert message.

The CommCell Console, Windows Event Viewer, SNMP, and SCOM alert methods are not available on the Cloud Services Portal.
Under Schedule, configure the time and frequency to send the alert:
In the Time box, select the time of day to send the alert.
From the Time Zone list, select a time zone.
In the Frequency box, select the frequency for sending the alert, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, and then select the time, day of the week, or day of the month when the alert repeats.
Click Save.
When the item reaches the condition or status that you specified, a notification is automatically sent using the methods that you specified.
