The Share Configuration Report provides information for all shares on Web Console.
Details
This table displays information about each share, including the share owner, and the users who can access the share, the date the share was created, and other settings configured for the share.
Column | Description |

CommServ | Name of the CommServe computer. |
ShareId | Identifier assigned to the share. |
ShareName | Name of the share. |
SharedBy | User who created and owns the share. |
ShareByEmail | Email address for the user who created the share. |
SharedTo | User name or email address of the user who has access to the share. |
UserType | Type of user who can access the share, such as Email or User. User indicates a CommCell Console user ID. |
Permission | Permissions assigned to the user who has access to the share, such as View or Edit. |
ExpiryTime | Time when the share will expire and no longer be available. |
ParentShareId | Identifier for the parent share that contains this child share. |
CanReshare | Indicates whether users who have access to the share can share again with other users. |
SharedOn | Indicates whether the share has been shared by multiple users. |
IsReshare | The date the share was created. |
