Refreshing the CommCell Dashboard for Reports on Web Console

You can collect new data from your CommCell to update the charts and tables on your CommCell Dashboard in Web Console.

Before You Begin

Verify that data collection for Cloud Metrics Reporting is enabled. For instructions, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reporting in the CommCell Console.

Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then click Reports.
The Reports page appears.
From the navigation pane, click CommCells, and then click a CommCell Name.
At the top of the CommCell Dashboard, click Actions > Refresh.
The latest data from your CommCell appears within a few minutes.
