The ConfigureObjectStore command has a help option that displays the command options. In addition, each ConfigureObjectStore option contains a help option. If you leave out a mandatory option, the software displays an error message. If you use an incorrect ConfigureObjectStore command option, the software displays the complete set of options.

Command Log File

The software places a log file for the ConfigureObjectStore command in the log directory that you define at installation. By default this is the /var/log commvault/Log_Files directory. The ConfigureObjectStore.log file includes the software version, and entries that provide additional details for each command that you run.
