Viewing Mail Messages in the Web Console


By default, the most recent backed up messages are displayed. Only messages that are archived appear in the mailbox on the Web Console.

Before You Begin

For the contents of selected messages to be visible, you must enable content indexing. The content of new messages is visible after the content of those messages is indexed.


  1. Log on to the Web Console.

  2. Click My Data.

  3. On the Mail tab, click the Display Name link for the user whose mail you want to view.

    The Restore Mail page appears.

  4. In the left pane, select the folder that contains the messages that you want to view.

    The messages that were backed up for the selected folder appear in the right pane.
