Criteria-Based Search for Mail Messages in the Web Console

You can search based on keywords that you type into the Search box. All of the messages that contain those keywords in any field are returned.

Alternatively, you can filter messages that are returned based on specific criteria.

Available filtering options are:

Option	Description
From	Searches for messages from a specific user.
To	Searches for messages to a specific recipient.
Subject	Searches for messages whose Subject field contains the keyword.
Folder	Searches for messages within a specific folder.
Has Attachment	When this option is selected, only messages that include attachments are returned in the results.
Mail Size	Searches for messages that are greater than or less than a size that you specify. You can specify the size in KB, MB, or GB.
Contains	Searches for messages whose body field contains the keyword. You must have content indexing enabled to use the Contains search.
Received	Searches for messages that were received within the selected time range. You can select: Today: Messages received on the current date. Yesterday: Messages received on the previous day's date. This Week: Messages received between Sunday and Saturday of the current week. This Month: Messages received during the current month. This Year: Messages received during the current year. Last Week: Messages received between Sunday and Saturday of the previous week. Last Month: Messages received within the previous month. Last Year: Messages received within the previous year. Time Range: You can define a time range by specifying a From Time and a To Time. Messages that were received on or between these dates are returned.
