Managing Accounts in Commvault NOW

The following sections describe the available options to manage accounts to access the application.

Procedure

Add a New Account

  1. Tap the icon from the home screen.

  2. Tap theĀ  icon to register a new account.

  3. Provide the CommServe server credentials and connectivity settings.

    If the new CommServe server credentials that you plan to provide are the same as other accounts that are stored in the application, then tap the icon and select the account that matches your credentials in order to automatically enter your credentials in the Username box and the Password box.

  4. Tap Save.

This account is saved for future access.

Switch or Edit an Account

  1. Tap the icon from the home screen.

  2. Tap theĀ  icon to register a new account.

  3. Provide the CommServe server credentials and connectivity settings.

    If the new CommServe server credentials that you plan to provide are the same as other accounts that are stored in the application, then tap the icon and select the account that matches your credentials in order to automatically enter your credentials in the Username box and the Password box.

  4. Tap Save.

This account is saved for future access.
