If you exceed the license usage, CommCell operations are not affected.
If you apply the Commvault Complete OI/VOI, CPU Sockets on Hypervisor Hosts, or Protected Virtual Machines license on a CommCell environment where capacity license keys are also applied, then Virtual Server Agent jobs do not count toward capacity. This results in decreased capacity usage.
