Create a view to display only the fields that you want to see.
From the navigation pane, click an entity. For example, click Jobs.
The Jobs page appears.
In the upper-right corner, click the List Setting button (), and then click Create view.
The Create view dialog box appears.
On the Save view as text box, type a name for the view.
Optional: To set this view as default, click the Set as default box.
To define a rule for the view, click Add Rule.
Optional: If you want to add more rules to the view, click the Add Rule button.
Click the Save button.
In the upper-left of the page, next to the page title, click the down arrow to see the view that you have just created.
