Editing Alerts for Reports on the Cloud Services Portal

You can edit alerts for most reports on Cloud Services, including the severity, conditions, and notification types, from the View Alert dialog box.

However, you cannot edit Health Report alerts using the Edit Criteria button.


  1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then click Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. From the navigation pane, click Configuration > Alerts.

  3. Click the name of an alert.

  4. In the View Alert dialog box, click Edit Criteria.

    The View Alert dialog box opens inside the report.

  5. Edit any of the available options, such as alert status, conditions or notification types.

  6. Click Save.
