Use the CommCell Dashboard to monitor the performance of your entire CommCell environment from a single location. You can access the CommCell Dashboard on Web Console.
If there are multiple CommServe computers in your environment, and you have permission to view reports for the CommServe computers, the Worldwide Dashboard appears in the CommCell Dashboard app. You can then navigate to a specific CommCell Dashboard from the CommCell Dashboard app.
Before You Begin
To view a CommCell Dashboard on the Web Console, your CommCell user account requires:
A role with the Report Management permission
An association with the CommCell entity, pseudo CommCell client, or the client group
Procedure
Log on to Web Console.
Click CommCell Dashboard.
If there are multiple CommServe computers in your environment, the Worldwide Dashboard appears.
If there is one CommServe computer in your environment, the CommCell Dashboard appears.
If there are multiple CommServe computers in your environment, from the navigation pane, click CommCells, and then under CommCell Name, click the name of a CommCell.
The CommCell Dashboard appears.
