Names for Alerts on the Web Console and the Cloud Services Portal

The storage forecasting alerts and the CommCell down alert are named differently on the Dashboard menu and on the Alerts page. You can set the alert on the Dashboard menu and then edit the corresponding alert criteria on the Alerts page.
