Service providers can activate a company that is deactivated. After the company is activated, tenant administrators, tenant operators, and tenant users can log on to the CommCell environment. All activity for the company is enabled.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Companies.
The Companies page appears.

In the Actions column for the company, click the action button
, and then click Activate.You can also activate a company by clicking Activate in the upper-right corner of the company properties page.
