Set Plan Permissions for Case Manager

Give the Case Manager user the Plan Subscription Role on the data classification plan and on the server plan.

Set Permissions on the Data Classification Plan

Give the Case Manager user access to the data classification plans.

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.

   The Plans page appears.

2. In the Plan name column, click the data classification plan.

   The data classification plan page appears.

3. In the Security section, click Edit.

   The Security dialog box appears.

4. Enter the user name, select Plan Subscription Role, and then click Add.

5. Click Save.

Set Permissions on the Server Plan

Give the Case Manager user access to the server plans.

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.

   The Plans page appears.

2. In the Plan name column, click the server plan.

   The server plan page appears.

3. In the Security section, click Edit.

   The Security dialog box appears.

4. Enter the user name, select Plan Subscription Role, and then click Add.

5. Click Save.
