Use Tag Manager to manage the tags for files. Predefined tag sets, such as Personal Records, are available. You can also create tag sets that contain custom tags that meet your business needs.
After tags are applied to files, you can use the tags to filter files during reviews, which makes working with specific groups of files easier.
Permissions
Users who belong to the master user group can access Tag Manager, apply tags to files, and access all the tag sets. To give access to users in other user groups, see Setting Permissions.
