Modifying Scheduled Report (Detail)

Output

Use this tab to modify the output format and save options of a scheduled Job Summary report.

Output Format: HTML

Generates and/or saves the report in HTML format.

• Full

  Generates and/or saves the report in its entirety (Job Summary reports only).

• Summary Only

  Generates and/or saves the report with a Summary table (Job Summary reports only).

Output Format: Text

Generates and/or saves the report in text format.

• Text Delimiter

  Select a delimiter from the drop down list.

PDF

Generates or saves the report in PDF format.

XML

Generates or saves the report in XML format (Job Summary Reports only).

Iron Mountain

For those users who are using Iron Mountain to send their media offsite, generates and/or saves the report in a format for Iron Mountain (Exportable Media, Media Information, and Tracking, reports only).

Save Report

Saves to a specified location.

Output To

• Impersonate User

  Displays the user name of the account.

• User Name/Password

  Allows you to use a user name from the Change User Account dialog box.

• Use Local Drive

  Saves the report to a specified location on a local drive in the CommServe computer.

• Use Network Share

  Saves the report to a specified location on a network.

• Report Copy location

  Type a local path on the CommServe or a network path to save the report.

• Browse

  Allows you to browse to a local path on the CommServe or a network path to save the report.

Locale

Allows you to select the language in which the report should be generated.

Language

Select a language from the drop down list.
