Configuring Connectivity to Remote Web Server and Workflow Engine Server

You can connect a remote Web Server and/or aWorkflow Engine server to the CommServe computer to ensure that the ODBC connection to the CommServe is established from these clients.

Before You Begin

Procedure

  1. On the CommCell Console ribbon, in the Home tab, click Control Panel.

    The Control Panel dialog box appears.

  2. In the CommCell group, click CommServe LiveSync.

    The CommServe LiveSync dialog box appears.

  3. In the Connectivity tab, select the remote clients associated with the Web Server and Workflow Engine by moving them from the All Remote Web Server/Workflow Engine Clients list to the Selected Remote Web Server/Workflow Engine Clients list.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Login to the remote Web Server and Workflow Engine client(s) and perform the following steps:
