Before using the IntelliSnap feature for Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP, read the following limitations and conditions.
ONTAP

SnapMirror Synchronous (SM-S) relations are not supported for the NetApp Open Replication feature.

If the volume of the file server that contains the LUN has an SM-S relationship configured, then IntelliSnap operations on that LUN are not supported.

NetApp Open Replication with SnapMirror Cloud is not supported.
Platforms
For IBM Power PC, IntelliSnap is supported only for 64-bit little endian platforms.
