Use the CVOfficeBandwidthMonitor tool to monitor the throughput value during the OneDrive data backup operation from the Microsoft website.
Procedure

From the Base folder, double-click the CVOfficeBandwidthMonitor application.
The Office 365 Bandwidth Monitor dialog box appears.

Select OneDrive, and then click Start.
The Microsoft website appears.

Enter the user login credentials.
In the Office 365 Bandwidth Monitor dialog box, you can now monitor the throughput value of the backup operation.
