You can use the Command Center to delete backup data and archive data belonging to laptop and desktop computers.
When you delete backup data or archive data, delete the data from the source location, so that the next backup operation does not back up the data again. If the files are archived, delete their stubs from the source before running the delete data operation, so that the stubs are not backed up again.
Note
You need to be assigned permission to delete backup data and archive data from the Web Console.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.
The Laptops page appears.

Under the computer from which you want to delete data, click RESTORE.
The Restore files page appears.

Locate the files and/or folders that you want to delete.

Select the files and/or folders and then click More actions
> Delete.The Confirm delete dialog box appears.

Click Yes.
