During a production failover, the failover can fail and cause a rollback, if all the services do not start during the failover process.
If necessary, you can setup the nCSFailoverIgnoreSvcStartFailure additional setting to ignore non-essential services to successfully complete the production failover.
Procedure

To the production CommServe computer, add the nCSFailoverIgnoreSvcStartFailure additional setting as shown in the following table.
