By default, the client name for a vCenter is the same as the vCenter host name, but you can change the client display name to be more descriptive. This is useful when you have two or more virtualization clients for the same vCenter.
Procedure

From the CommCell Console, expand the Client Computers node.

Right-click the client and select Properties.

Click Edit.

Enter the new display name in the Client Name box.

Click OK.
