Modifying the Monitoring Interval

Monitoring interval is the frequency used by the proxy client(s) to monitor connectivity to the currently active CommServe server. By default the monitoring interval is set to 15 minutes.

Procedure

1. On the CommCell Console ribbon, in the Home tab, click Control Panel.

   The Control Panel dialog box appears.

2. In the CommCell group, click CommServe LiveSync.

   The CommServe LiveSync dialog box appears.

3. Click Advanced.

4. In the Monitoring interval box, type or select the minutes for monitoring interval.

5. Click OK.
